Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at DigitalBridge. In this role, you will be an integral part of our HR team, working closely with business leaders and their teams to ensure our people, processes, and technology are aligned with our strategic objectives. You will be leading and providing HR advice and support to all levels of employees, building strong relationships, and ensuring that our people are well-supported.The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn and grow. You must have a minimum of five years of HR generalist experience, a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or a related field, and excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills. You must also be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest HR developments and have a strong understanding of employment laws. If you have a proven track record of success in a similar role and have a true passion for HR, this could be the perfect role for you!
