
Resource Coordinator
The primary duties of the Resource Coordinator will be split between digital studio scheduling and recruiting. Attends weekly staffing and scheduling meetings and assists in coordinating others to participate in the breakdown and staffing of VFX work. Works at the direction of department Manager to identify artists for upcoming work. Reviews all digital staff assignments, updates database, and communicates updates to Producers and Managers. Acts as backup to Managers to confirm end dates with Productions and communicate any changes to artists; responsible for tracking artist bookings and extensions. Assists the onboarding of new artists working with both the Managers and the other Facility personnel as required. Manages editorial calendar/tasks, shares and reel bookings. Check in and update potential artist vacation/break plans between shows and un-utilized labor report. Schedule manager tasks including artist performance reviews.
3+ years production experience
Experience with Commercial and visual effects or feature animation pipelines and production processes required
