Stock Supervisor

We are looking for a Stock Supervisor to join the Diesel team! Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task, and a passion for working with people. This role requires an individual who is a great communicator, has excellent customer service skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. As a Stock Supervisor at Diesel, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, including managing the stockroom, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the store. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of retail experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the store, including managing the stockroom, ensuring inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional customer service.
2. Maintain a positive work environment and ensure the store meets all safety regulations.
3. Supervise and motivate retail sales staff in order to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Monitor store performance and generate reports to identify areas of improvement.
5. Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
6. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
7. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers.
8. Resolve conflicts between customers, staff, and management.
9. Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
10. Create and manage store schedules for staff.
