Job Description

Do you have a passion for HR and a knack for organization? Diesel is looking for an experienced and organized HR Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources team. You will manage HR databases, assist in employee onboarding and offboarding, and support the team with any other administrative needs. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a solid understanding of HR processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy of information.
  2. Assist in the onboarding and offboarding of employees, including preparing and distributing employee onboarding documents.
  3. Support the HR team with a wide range of administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and organizing employee files.
  4. Respond to employee inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  5. Manage employee attendance records and provide support to the payroll team.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and external stakeholders.
  8. Take part in HR projects and initiatives.
  9. Monitor changes in HR legislation and ensure compliance.
  10. Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and providing other administrative assistance.
