Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary resource to staff and managers for HR inquiries and questions.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing onboarding documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contact information, job titles, and salary information.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with state and federal laws, such as the Family and Medical Leave Act, Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, and other applicable regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, including employee handbooks.
- Process payroll, including time and attendance tracking, calculating overtime, and ensuring accuracy of employee paychecks.
- Provide support and resources to employees to ensure a positive work environment.
- Organize and facilitate employee events and activities.
- Analyze employee performance and recommend ways to improve morale and productivity.
- Assist with performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
