The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of administering HR policies, processes, and procedures, and have a passion for helping people.The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the Human Resources field. They should have a strong working knowledge of HR laws and regulations, and the ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Additionally, they should have a customer service-oriented attitude and be able to build positive relationships with employees.This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to take the next step in their Human Resources career. Responsibilities:

  1. Administer HR policies, processes, and procedures
  2. Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information
  3. Support Human Resources department by providing administrative assistance
  4. Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
  5. Process employee data accurately and in a timely manner
  6. Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and administering pre-employment tests
  7. Monitor and maintain employee records, including benefits, compensation, and attendance
  8. Develop and implement HR programs to ensure compliance with employment laws
  9. Participate in and contribute to team meetings
  10. Create reports and track key HR metrics
