Responsibilities:
- Administer HR policies, processes, and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information
- Support Human Resources department by providing administrative assistance
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Process employee data accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and administering pre-employment tests
- Monitor and maintain employee records, including benefits, compensation, and attendance
- Develop and implement HR programs to ensure compliance with employment laws
- Participate in and contribute to team meetings
- Create reports and track key HR metrics
