Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation and paperwork.
- Monitor employee relations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
- Provide guidance and advice to employees on HR-related issues.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and employee database.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management regarding HR matters.
- Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs.
- Monitor and track employee performance and attendance.
- Analyze and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns in the workforce.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR topics.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
