We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Construction to join our dynamic team.As the Vice President of Construction, you will play a pivotal role in the development and expansion of our stores, ensuring that each location is built to the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership, expertise, and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our reputation as a top retailer in the industry.To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in construction management, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for driving results.   1. Oversee the construction process for all new store locations, ensuring that they are built to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with the executive team.
  3. Monitor and manage all aspects of the construction process, including contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  4. Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  5. Manage and negotiate contracts with construction partners and vendors.
  6. Provide regular updates on the progress of construction projects to the executive team.
  7. Work closely with the design and merchandising teams to ensure that store layouts and designs are optimized for customer experience and sales.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, architects, and contractors.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals.
  10. Conduct regular site visits to ensure that construction work is being completed according to plans and specifications.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in construction management.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure a seamless transition from construction to store opening.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold our values and standards at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In The Construction Industry

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience Managing Large Teams And Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Construction Methods, Materials, And Industry Best Practices

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Completing Large-Scale Construction Projects On Time And Within Budget.
