- Receive and unload merchandise shipments from trucks and delivery vans.
- Inspect and organize incoming stock, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Label and tag merchandise according to store standards.
- Stock shelves, racks, and displays with merchandise, ensuring proper placement and presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about stock needs.
- Keep stock room and backroom areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Assist sales associates with locating and retrieving merchandise for customers.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure merchandise is restocked and available for customers.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers with questions and inquiries.
