As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized for our customers.   1. Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, checking for accuracy and quality.
  2. Unload and organize merchandise in the stock room and on the sales floor.
  3. Restock shelves and racks with new merchandise in a timely manner.
  4. Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled with accurate pricing.
  5. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out-of-stock items to management.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized stock room and sales floor at all times.
  7. Assist with setting up displays and promotional signage for new merchandise.
  8. Help customers locate merchandise in the store and provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move merchandise.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate stock replenishment.
  11. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety and loss prevention.
  12. Communicate effectively with management regarding any stock-related issues or concerns.
  13. Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  14. Continuously learn about new merchandise and provide product knowledge to customers.
  15. Be a positive and professional representative of the company at all times.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Stock Associate At Dick’s Sporting Goods Should Have A Good Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Inventory Management, Stock Replenishment, And Store Layout.
