- Lead the design and execution of complex solutions to enhance the customers' shopping experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's technology landscape.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements to inform solution design.

- Continuously monitor and optimize solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert for all technical aspects of the company's systems and solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their potential use in the company's solutions.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Extensive Experience In Solution Design And Architecture: The Senior Solutions Architect At Dick’s Sporting Goods Should Have A Solid Background In Designing And Implementing Complex Solutions For Enterprise-Level Systems. This Includes Experience With Various Technologies And Platforms, Such As Cloud Computing, Mobile Applications, And E-Commerce.
