- Develop and implement change management strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive effective and sustainable change within the organization.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and team members.
- Conduct thorough assessments of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for implementation.
- Create and deliver effective communication plans to ensure all employees are informed and engaged in the change process.
- Develop training materials and facilitate training sessions to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to changes.
- Monitor and measure the success of change initiatives and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in navigating through change and addressing any concerns or challenges.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in change management and communication to continuously improve processes and strategies.
- Serve as a role model for embracing change and promoting a positive and collaborative work culture.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Change Management And Communication Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Organizational Transformations.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Change Management Professionals.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Diverse Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Change Management Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Comprehensive Change Management Plans.
Experience In The Retail Industry, Preferably Within The Sporting Goods Sector, With A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Opportunities In This Industry.
