- Lead and manage a team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and operations departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and merchandising, to align on business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and track sales and operational performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact sales and operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards related to sales and operations.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales and operations planning to continuously improve processes and strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
5+ Years Of Experience In Sales And Operational Planning, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools, Such As Excel And Tableau.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Experience With Inventory Management, Forecasting, And Demand Planning.
