  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by helping customers find products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Have a strong knowledge and understanding of the products sold in the store.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
  5. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  7. Continuously educate oneself on new products and promotions to better assist customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  9. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any customer complaints or issues.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Retail Sales Associate At Dick’s Sporting Goods Should Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Abilities To Provide Exceptional Service To Customers And Represent The Brand Positively.
