  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, organizing products, and keeping displays neat and presentable.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  5. Handle customer returns and exchanges with a positive attitude and in accordance with company policies.
  6. Monitor inventory levels and restock products as needed to ensure availability for customers.
  7. Participate in periodic inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure product knowledge and inventory accuracy.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures related to store operations, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Assist in training new team members on store operations and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  12. Take initiative to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during daily operations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience.
  14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
