1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases and inquiries.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
3. Process and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
4. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory checks.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards and promotions are properly advertised.
6. Knowledgeably answer customer questions regarding products, services, and store policies.
7. Actively promote and sell store products and services to meet sales targets.
8. Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
9. Communicate with team members and managers to report any customer or operational issues.
10. Continuously update knowledge of store products and promotions to effectively assist customers.
11. Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise, including unpacking, labeling, and storing.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when interacting with customers and team members.
13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
14. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
15. Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
