3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and keeping displays neat and tidy.
4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is adequately staffed and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
7. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, as well as conducting regular inventory counts.
8. Educate customers on our products and services, promoting the benefits and features of our products to drive sales.
9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety protocols, cash handling procedures, and customer service standards.
10. Continuously develop knowledge of products, brands, and industry trends to better assist customers and provide exceptional service.
11. Work together with team members to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
12. Collaborate with management to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
13. Support special events and promotions, including setting up displays and providing customer assistance.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light to customers and fellow team members.
