  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right gear for their needs.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by regularly restocking shelves, organizing displays, and tidying up the sales floor.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are always available for customers.
  8. Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise, as well as preparing it for display on the sales floor.
  9. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  10. Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer service by actively seeking feedback and suggesting new ideas.
  11. Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products, promotions, and sales to provide accurate information to customers.
  12. Follow cash handling procedures and accurately count and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve job knowledge and performance.
  14. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Retail Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Previous Retail Experience, Preferably In A Similar Role Or In The Sporting Goods Industry.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Retail Operations Associate, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential.
