- Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels.
- Ensure all products are properly tagged and labeled with accurate pricing information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Help to create visually appealing displays and merchandise layouts to attract customers.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store management team.
- Follow all safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions to learn about new products and company policies.
- Assist with receiving and processing shipments of new products.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Experience In Retail Operations: A Candidate For This Role Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment And Be Familiar With The Day-To-Day Operations Of A Store.
