  1. Ensure smooth and efficient store operations on a daily basis.
  2. Uphold company standards for customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures.
  4. Monitor and maintain store inventory levels, including restocking and merchandising.
  5. Work closely with management to identify and implement process improvements.
  6. Assist with training and development of new team members.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting with product inquiries and resolving any customer issues.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and product placement.
  9. Operate cash register and handle all financial transactions accurately.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure store targets are met.
  11. Follow all safety and security procedures to protect company assets.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with accurate information.
  13. Assist with receiving and processing shipments, as needed.
  14. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
  15. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude at all times.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Retail Operations Associate At Dick’s Sporting Goods Must Possess Excellent Customer Service Skills To Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About The Products And Services Offered By The Store.

  • Retail Experience: Candidates For This Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment. This Includes Experience In Customer Service, Sales, And Inventory Management. Experience With Point-Of-Sale Systems And Cash Handling Is Also Preferred.

  • Organizational Skills: As A Retail Operations Associate, One Must Be Highly Organized And Have The Ability To Multitask. This Includes Managing Inventory, Stocking Shelves, And Maintaining A Clean And Organized Sales Floor. Strong Attention To Detail Is Also Necessary To Ensure Accurate Pricing And Labeling Of Products.

  • Physical Stamina: This Position Requires Physical Stamina As It Involves Standing For Long Periods, Lifting And Carrying Heavy Items, And Performing Tasks Such As Stocking And Organizing Products. Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Demands Of The Job.

  • Team Player: A Successful Retail Operations Associate Must Be A Team Player Who Can Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members. This Includes Being Able To Take Direction From Supervisors, Communicate Effectively With Coworkers, And Assist In Training New Team Members.
