  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  4. Utilize product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions and make informed sales recommendations.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  6. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security protocols.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
  9. Communicate any customer feedback and concerns to management.
  10. Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash management and store maintenance.
  11. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  12. Exhibit a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company's values and brand.
  13. Assist with online orders and curbside pick-ups as needed.
  14. Maintain a strong understanding of store layout and product locations to assist customers quickly and efficiently.
  15. Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
