  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
  3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions.
  4. Assist in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting regular inventory counts.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely manner.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security standards.
  8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
  9. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store displays to attract customers and increase sales.
  10. Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve any customer or operational issues that may arise.
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of the store's layout and product locations to assist customers and improve efficiency.
  12. Continuously strive to improve store operations and customer satisfaction through proactive suggestions and ideas.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
  14. Adhere to all company dress code and grooming standards.
  15. Complete any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
