Previous Retail Experience: A Retail Operations Associate At Dick’s Sporting Goods Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate The Candidate’s Knowledge Of Store Operations And Customer Service.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Retail Operations Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Inventory, Ensuring Displays Are Properly Stocked, And Coordinating With Other Departments. Therefore, Strong Organizational Skills Are Essential For This Role.
