Dick's Sporting Goods is currently seeking a Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and expertise with our customers, helping them find the perfect equipment to elevate their game.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, greeting them and assisting with any inquiries or needs related to golf equipment.
  2. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell golf equipment, accessories, and services to customers.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all golf equipment, including brands, features, and pricing, in order to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products in order to provide the most current and accurate information to customers.
  5. Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers, making them feel comfortable and excited about their purchases.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  7. Maintain the appearance and organization of the golf equipment department, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals, while also providing support and assistance as needed.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  10. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, in order to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and knowledge of golf equipment, through training, seminars, and self-study.
  12. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both in-store and at off-site events.
  13. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  14. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and energetic team environment.
