- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Utilize knowledge of golf equipment and current trends to recommend and sell appropriate products to customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the store's products, services, and promotions in order to effectively answer customer inquiries and make sales.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new and existing golf equipment and technology to better assist customers.
- Assist with merchandising and organizing displays to create an appealing and easy-to-shop environment for customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and promote customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to better understand the market and improve sales strategies.
- Maintain a professional and tidy work area, including keeping inventory stocked and organized.

Knowledge Of Golf Equipment: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Types Of Golf Equipment, Including Clubs, Balls, And Accessories. This Knowledge Will Allow Them To Effectively Assist Customers In Finding The Right Product For Their Needs.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Sales Role, Preferably In The Sporting Goods Industry, Is Desired. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals, As Well As Strong Customer Service Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Sales Associate, The Candidate Will Need To Communicate With Customers, Colleagues, And Management On A Daily Basis. Demonstrating Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Is Essential For Success In This Role.
