As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping our customers find the perfect equipment and gear for their game.   3. Assist customers in finding the perfect equipment and gear for their game, offering knowledgeable recommendations and advice.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
  5. Handle all transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  8. Provide product demonstrations and fittings to customers, showcasing the features and benefits of different equipment.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and development.
  10. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, finding solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and inventory management processes.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Dick's Sporting Goods, representing the company's values and promoting a positive image.
