  1. Greet and welcome customers to the golf department in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as a knowledgeable and passionate ambassador for the sport of golf.
  3. Assist customers in selecting the right golf equipment based on their needs and skill level.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and explain features and benefits of different golf equipment.
  5. Utilize exceptional customer service skills to address any questions or concerns customers may have.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed correctly and accurately priced.
  7. Keep up-to-date with latest golf equipment trends and technology to accurately advise customers.
  8. Actively listen to customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements or new products.
  9. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point of sale system.
  10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
  11. Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives set by the company.
  12. Continuously educate yourself on new and existing products to provide the highest level of service to customers.
  13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
  14. Uphold the company's policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay current on company and industry updates.
