  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  2. Utilize excellent knowledge and understanding of golf equipment to assist customers in finding the right products and making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and strategies.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of current golf industry trends, products, and promotions to effectively communicate and promote them to customers.
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized recommendations and follow-up communication.
  6. Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  9. Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  10. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and promote the brand.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues, and the company at all times.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
  13. Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise.
  14. Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  15. Stay knowledgeable about store layout, product locations, and product availability to quickly assist customers.
  16. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
  17. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  18. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  19. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  20. Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the store manager.
