  1. Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding and purchasing the right golf equipment.
  3. Having a thorough knowledge of the store's products, specifically golf equipment, and being able to communicate this information to customers.
  4. Understanding and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  5. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
  6. Maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
  7. Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  8. Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborating with other team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
  10. Providing feedback to management on customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  11. Assisting with inventory management and monitoring stock levels.

  • Knowledge Of Golf: A Retail Golf Equipment Sales Associate At Dick’s Sporting Goods Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Golf Equipment, Including Clubs, Balls, Bags, And Accessories. This Includes Knowledge Of Different Brands, Product Features, And Technical Specifications.
