As the leader of our retail equipment services department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of all equipment in our stores.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the retail equipment services department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  2. Lead and train a team of equipment service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and exceptional customer service.
  3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure it meets safety standards and is in good working condition.
  4. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of equipment services.
  5. Collaborate with store managers and other department leads to prioritize equipment needs and schedule services accordingly.
  6. Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, repairs, and maintenance.
  7. Communicate with customers to provide updates on equipment services and address any concerns or issues.
  8. Manage equipment service budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in equipment to ensure the store is offering the best and most current products to customers.
  10. Promote a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and a strong customer-focused culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Retail Equipment Maintenance: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Maintaining And Repairing Retail Equipment, Such As Cash Registers, Scanners, And Computer Systems.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Retail Equipment Services Lead Should Possess A Strong Technical Aptitude And Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Equipment Issues. Knowledge Of Various Operating Systems And Software Programs Is Also Required.

  • Leadership Experience: This Role Requires A Candidate With Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team. The Retail Equipment Services Lead Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Technicians And Ensuring Efficient And Effective Equipment Maintenance.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Ability To Communicate Clearly And Effectively Is Crucial In This Role As The Retail Equipment Services Lead Will Be Required To Liaise With Various Departments, Vendors, And Customers. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential.
