- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their equipment needs and offering expert advice.
- Train and supervise a team of equipment service associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
- Schedule and delegate tasks to equipment service associates, ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the store, and educate team members on updates and changes.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Assist customers with equipment purchases, repairs, and exchanges.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote and sell equipment services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.
- Uphold company values and standards, providing a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
- Continuously strive to improve equipment service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
- Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills in equipment services and retail sales.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Equipment Services Or A Related Field.
Excellent Knowledge Of Retail Equipment, Including Maintenance, Repair, And Installation Procedures.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technicians.
Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Communicate Effectively With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
