  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, guiding customers through their equipment needs and offering expert advice.
  3. Train and supervise a team of equipment service associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service.
  4. Schedule and delegate tasks to equipment service associates, ensuring all customer needs are met in a timely manner.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the store, and educate team members on updates and changes.
  6. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and serviced according to manufacturer guidelines.
  7. Assist customers with equipment purchases, repairs, and exchanges.
  8. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary equipment and supplies.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to promote and sell equipment services.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in equipment technology.
  12. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.
  13. Uphold company values and standards, providing a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  14. Continuously strive to improve equipment service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience.
  15. Attend training and development sessions to improve knowledge and skills in equipment services and retail sales.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Retail Equipment Services Or A Related Field.
