  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and product information.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services in order to effectively assist customers.
  4. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Ensure all customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and work area.
  7. Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to increase knowledge and improve customer service skills.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  11. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping environment for customers and employees.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  13. Proactively identify and report any product or service issues to management.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
