- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately process transactions including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including stocking supplies and keeping the area free of clutter.
- Assist customers in locating products and making product recommendations based on their needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members, both in person and over the phone.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience, professionalism, and a focus on finding solutions.
