1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and assisting with purchases.
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
5. Educate customers on store policies, promotions, and rewards programs.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
7. Cross-sell and upsell products to increase sales and revenue.
8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist customers.
9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
10. Follow cash handling procedures and maintain accuracy of cash drawer.
11. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
12. Proactively offer assistance to customers throughout the store.
13. Assist with restocking merchandise and maintaining visual appeal of the store.
14. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and store operations.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
16. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals.
17. Complete other duties as assigned by the store manager.
