Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Bike Mechanics: This Includes Expertise In Repairing, Assembling, And Maintaining Various Types Of Bikes Such As Road Bikes, Mountain Bikes, And Hybrid Bikes.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Retail Bike Technician, You Will Interact With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, It Is Important To Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Bike Technician, You Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That Bikes Are In Proper Working Condition And Meet Safety Standards. This Requires A Keen Eye For Detail And The Ability To Identify And Fix Potential Issues.

  • Physical Fitness: This Job Requires Physical Strength And Endurance As You Will Be Lifting And Maneuvering Bikes, Tools, And Equipment On A Regular Basis. You May Also Need To Stand For Long Periods And Work In Various Weather Conditions.

  • Familiarity With Bike Parts And Accessories: A Good Understanding Of Different Bike Parts And Their Functions Is Essential For A Bike Technician.
