  1. Perform expert bike repairs and maintenance for customers, including tune-ups, wheel truing, and part replacements.
  2. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate bike and accessories based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging with customers, answering their questions, and offering knowledgeable advice.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technology in the cycling industry to provide customers with the most accurate information and recommendations.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  6. Proactively communicate with customers regarding the status of their bikes and provide estimated completion times for repairs.
  7. Educate customers on proper bike maintenance and care to prolong the life of their bikes.
  8. Process bike sales and returns accurately and efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store is adequately stocked with necessary bike parts and accessories.
  10. Adhere to all safety protocols and standards to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.
  12. Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and find appropriate solutions.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
  15. Uphold Dick's Sporting Goods' brand and image by representing the company with integrity and enthusiasm.
