  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all customers interested in baseball equipment and apparel.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.
  3. Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
  4. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of baseball equipment and apparel, including brand names, sizing, and features.
  5. Keep up-to-date on new and trending products in the baseball industry.

  7. Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays and promotional materials.
