Extensive Knowledge Of Baseball: A Retail Baseball Ambassador At Dick’s Sporting Goods Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Sport Of Baseball, Including Rules, Equipment, And Popular Teams/Players.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: This Role Requires Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, Therefore, Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills Are Essential.
Sales Experience: As A Retail Baseball Ambassador, The Ability To Promote And Sell Baseball-Related Products Is Important. Prior Experience In Retail Sales Is Preferred.
