  1. Serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking information and assistance with baseball-related products and services.
  2. Develop a deep understanding of all baseball products and their features in order to effectively communicate and make recommendations to customers.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  4. Demonstrate a passion for baseball and the ability to share that passion with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new product releases in order to make knowledgeable recommendations to customers.
  6. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized retail space, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.

  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Dick's Sporting Goods, promoting a positive image and representing the company's values.
