- Lead and manage strategic initiatives and projects within the Operations Strategy team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, and proactively develop contingency plans.
- Monitor and report project progress to key stakeholders, including senior management.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to drive effective project execution.
- Implement and drive process improvement initiatives to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
- Act as a subject matter expert in project management and operations, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the Operations Strategy team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and operations to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Operations Management, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Logistics Environment
Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Operations And Logistics Processes
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Operations Strategy Initiatives
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
