
Project Manager - New Stores

- Develop and implement project plans for new store openings, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with various departments and teams to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential store locations and make informed recommendations.
- Oversee the construction and renovation process of new stores, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for construction, fixtures, and equipment.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any potential issues or roadblocks.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute grand opening events and promotions.
- Train and supervise a team of project coordinators and assistants, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, contractors, and other key partners.
- Represent the company at meetings and events related to new store openings.
- Ensure a smooth and successful transition from project completion to store operations.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Multiple Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Store Opening Processes, Including Site Selection, Construction, And Merchandising.
