  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive personalization strategy for all digital channels at Dick's Sporting Goods.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for personalized experiences.
  3. Continuously analyze customer behavior and trends in the retail industry to inform personalization strategy.
  4. Lead the development and implementation of new personalization initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  5. Communicate the personalization strategy and initiatives to all relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of personalization efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and innovations in personalization to ensure Dick's Sporting Goods remains at the forefront of the retail industry.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of product strategists to support the execution of the personalization strategy.
  9. Collaborate with the user experience and design teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive personalized experience for customers.
  10. Use creativity and innovation to constantly improve and evolve the personalization strategy and offerings.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on personalization, providing guidance and support to other teams and departments as needed.
  12. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product strategy team.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Dick's Sporting Goods, promoting the company's personalized experiences and initiatives to customers and the public.
  14. Represent Dick's Sporting Goods at industry events and conferences to stay informed of the latest personalization trends and technologies.
