We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Construction Projects to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of our retail stores nationwide.   1. Oversee construction and renovation projects for retail stores across the country.
  2. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards are being met.
  5. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring their work meets company standards.
  7. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  8. Analyze construction plans and make recommendations for improvements or cost-saving measures.
  9. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
  10. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  11. Train and mentor junior project management staff.
  12. Develop and maintain project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and reports.
  13. Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to improve project management processes.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the construction team.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree In Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Managing Construction Projects, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Construction Processes, Building Codes, And Safety Regulations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including Budgeting, Scheduling, And Resource Allocation.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Construction Professionals.
