  1. Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the store is kept in pristine condition.
  2. Conduct regular inspections of the store to identify any potential safety hazards and address them promptly.
  3. Respond to customer and employee inquiries regarding maintenance and cleaning requests.
  4. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies, ensuring they are always well-stocked.
  5. Collaborate with team members and managers to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
  6. Utilize time management skills to efficiently complete tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  7. Take pride in the appearance of the store, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  8. Proactively identify and report any equipment or building maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers and colleagues.
  10. Uphold the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or questions related to maintenance.
  11. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both customers and employees.
  12. Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on maintenance techniques and procedures.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to assist with store events and promotions.
  14. Take initiative to suggest and implement improvements to the store’s maintenance processes.
