- Conduct financial analysis: Utilize financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques to analyze supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations: Utilize financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making for the supply chain team.
- Monitor financial performance: Track and analyze key financial metrics to monitor the performance of the supply chain and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and operations to gather data and provide financial analysis and support for supply chain initiatives.
- Develop financial reports: Create and present financial reports, including budget vs. actual analysis, to senior management and key stakeholders to inform decision-making.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities: Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain, such as optimizing inventory levels and streamlining processes.
- Conduct market research: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations on supply chain strategies.
- Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and procedures in all financial analysis and reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models: Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting for supply chain operations.
- Support ad-hoc projects: Collaborate with other departments on ad-hoc projects that require financial analysis and support.
- Stay updated on financial best practices: Stay informed about industry best practices and new developments in financial analysis and supply chain operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis, Preferably In The Retail Or Supply Chain Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Systems, Including Inventory Management, Logistics, And Forecasting.
Proficiency In Financial Modeling And Analysis, With The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.
