Schedules, coordinates, and maintains master schedule of training programs, courses, space, and facilities. Resolves routine scheduling conflicts. Arranges for outside services, such as facilitators/instructors, training materials, audio visual requirements, meals and refreshments, facilities, and other services required for course facilitation. Assembles and distributes course materials. Prepares appropriate forms, correspondence, memoranda, and records regarding course attendance, feedback on programs and instructors, etc. Ensures employee training records are maintained. Monitors associate post-work activities. Prepares monthly dashboard with utilization reports, as well as ad hoc reports and statistical summaries related to learning and development activities. Maintains and reorders training materials, teaching aides, and information on outside programs.
