Job Description

DHL has an immediate opening for a Systems Support Engineer. This role supports the applications, systems and users associated with DHL’s Automated Sort Facilities. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise with respect to leading-edge IT auto sort technologies and driving problem resolution with technically complex software& integration solution in a time critical environment. Application support for DHL global auto sort systems, including SATS, Tier2, SCADA. Escalation and problem recovery management with application vendors / ITS / RACC support. Support monthly security patching and software updates. Drive Problem resolution with vendors / ITS for open issues. Technical Quality assurance and testing for solution within the scope of the domain. Develop documentation and processes associated with applications. Support site deployment activities when needed. Perform application testing / certification for changes impacting Auto sort system.

Job Qualifications

  • Total of 1 to 3 years work experience in IT.

  • Desktop support experience

  • At least 1 year working experience in technologies relevant to the role

  • Ability to work independently in a time sensitive, fast paced, demanding environment
