Sales Support Specialist

In this role, you will be expected to provide support and knowledge directly to our internal customers, Sales Staff and Sales Managers on a variety of activities related to manage Sales Head’s requests for reports, validations and researching any reporting discrepancies. You will also play a crucial role in supporting regional sales strategies and sales performance management by working in close alignment with the Regional Sales Head. Additional responsibilities include assisting in preparing strategy presentations, driving regional and local initiatives, maintaining Data Quality and integrity in our CRM system, conduct system trainings and support implementation of new business rules, system upgrades and protocols. This position also supports different activities in Sales Support such as portfolio assignment, internal web administration, ad-hoc analysis such as preparation of performance reporting, quarterly townhall presentations, quarterly customer business review presentations etc.
