- Manage the entire return process for products from customers, including receiving, inspecting, and processing returns.
- Ensure all returns are handled in a timely and accurate manner, meeting company standards and customer expectations.
- Communicate with customers regarding the return process, providing updates and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of all returned products, including tracking and documenting reasons for returns.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and warehouse, to ensure smooth and efficient returns processing.
- Inspect returned products for damage or defects, and determine appropriate course of action, such as repair, replacement, or refund.
- Handle all paperwork and documentation related to the returns process, including creating return authorizations and processing refunds.
