  1. Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  2. Analyze data and identify trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  5. Monitor and track quality metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
  8. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and products.
  9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and customer satisfaction.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of quality control processes and results.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  12. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on quality control processes and results.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  14. Act as a role model for quality standards and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
  15. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or Logistics.

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Quality Control Or Quality Assurance Role, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Logistics Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Management Principles And Techniques, Such As Iso 9001 And Six Sigma.

  • Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Ability To Identify Areas For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
